We make it our mission to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out the same or next business day. Sometimes this may take up to 2-3 business days, however Expedited Shipping Orders and Rush Orders are always prioritized.

Refunds & Reprints

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue. However, we will not issue a reprint if the uploaded file is low quality. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.

• Your gang sheet should be in .PNG, .PDF, .PSD, .SVG or .AI format.
• We do not accept .JPG, .JPEG, or .PSB.
• All files must have a transparent background and free of any remnants from background removal.
• Your artwork must be print ready, at the size you want it to be printed, cropped edge to edge.
• 300 DPI resolution is suggested for best results.
• Do not mirror your images.
